A critical result isn't communicated until someone confirms they heard it. RadsConnect won't let a callback close until that is on the record.

Contact, read-back, done. In that order.

The radiologist records who they reached, how, and when. The recipient reads the result back. Only then can the callback be completed.

Every conversation has a home.

Messages attach to the request they are about. Anyone who opens the request sees the whole story: status changes, assignments and conversation in one timeline.

Facility conversations and internal group notes are kept apart. Facilities never see the group's internal notes.

Alerts that say “look”, not “who”.

Notifications tell people something needs them. They never include patient names or details.
